The main production equipment is:
I. Six general-purpose rolling mill lines: All kinds of profiles which can tie 1.0~5.0 mm, the main products are floor, floor beam and other shelves, steel structure platform main structure;
II. There are six lines of column rolling mill: After feeding the steel strip with the hole in advance into the rolling mill system, then pneumatic hydraulic automatic shearing according to the required length can be rolled 55, 80, 90, 100, 120, 150 columns. The whole system of rolling mill adopts bus control technology. The above advantages ensure that the ideal design value is achieved whether from the geometric size of section steel section shape or from the reasonable release of internal and external stress.
III. Beam mill line has six: Rolling beams of 80, 1 0 0, 1 2 0, 1 2 0, 1 3 0, 1 4 0, 1 6 0, two " C" beams extrusion forming to ensure the top and bottom of the beam, this structure has the advantages of large inertia distance, strong impact resistance and large bearing capacity;
IV. Two rolling lines: Complete the rolling molding on the mill line, automatic punching and cutting, so as to ensure the accuracy of the hole distance;
V. Welding production line: Beam welding: The company has 15 semi-automatic CO2 automatic protection welding machine, special tooling assembly line layout, reasonable combination of man-machine, to ensure the stability of welding quality; Non-standard component welding (material thickness greater than 2.0 mm): Sub-arc welding machine or DC welding machine, by licensed skilled workers to operate welding, to ensure the quality of welding to meet the requirements;
VI. Automatic punching production line 2: Its feeding system adopts high speed and high precision mechanical roller combined with die guide structure system, which fully ensures its accuracy.
